SAF-Holland S.A. has made some structural changes in its aftermarket business unit, including naming Alexander Geis as president of the unit and giving Dan Millar additional responsibilities as vice president of the Americas, Pacific and Asia.
In addition to his presidential duties, Geis will also serve as a deputy member of the company's management board and will continue his role as vice president of aftermarket sales and marketing for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Millar, who will report to Geis, will take on aftermarket sales and marketing for the Americas, Pacific and Asia. He will also handle all other aftermarket-related activities such as purchasing, scheduling, warehousing and logistics. His regional responsibilities include North, Central and South America, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Japan and China.
"The aftermarket business unit is an important growth driver that has made a significant contribution to the stabilization of the entire company," said Dr. Reiner Beutel, CEO of SAF-Holland Group GmbH. "The strategic profile will now be further refined and focused on international markets. We continue to anticipate dynamic development in the spare parts business."
