Rush Enterprises Inc., which operates the largest network of heavy-duty and medium-duty truck dealerships in North America and a John Deere construction equipment dealership in Houston, Texas,
has acquired certain assets of Allen-Jensen Inc., a GMC and Isuzu medium-duty truck dealer in Waco, Texas.
Rush immediately added its Peterbilt line of products and will operate this dealership as a full-service Rush Truck Center, offering heavy-duty Peterbilt trucks, medium-duty Peterbilt, GMC and Isuzu trucks as well as heavy- and medium-duty parts and service support. The purchase price for this acquisition was approximately $6.3 million.
