The Rochelle Petro Stopping Center in Rochelle, Ill., has added a Stars and Stripes Truck Beauty Contest to its July 6 Driver Appreciation Day.
In addition to the truck show, activities will include a pig roast, blood drive, trucker games, music by Joey Holiday and vendor exhibits. Activities will start at noon.

Opened in 1992, the Rochelle Petro is a premier full-service travel plaza providing more than 400 truck parking spaces, 16 private drivers showers, an Iron Skillet Restaurant, Petro Travel Store and PetroLube truck service center.
