Rigmaster Power Corp. announces the opening of a second manufacturing facility to build its popular RigMaster Power APU.
Operating under the name RigMaster Power Inc. the second facility located in Olathe, Kan., will operate in addition to the current manufacturing facility; dramatically increasing the amount of RigMaster Power APU’s produced each year.
“Over the past year we’ve done everything possible to increase production at our current location, including the addition of another shift. The only option we had left was expansion,” said Ken Tchir, RigMaster operations manager. “And since so much of our customer base is in the United States, it makes sense that we build our product there”.
RigMaster will continue to operate its sales and administration out of its corporate office in Toronto, Canada, as well as maintaining the same level of production already generated from the current facility.
The Olathe location is set to begin production in early March and will also house the RigMaster Parts Distribution for North America. This will make it easier for RigMaster’s rapidly expanding dealer and customer base to obtain parts and service.
