The RigMaster APU, which provides climate control and electrical power while allowing the driver to shut down the main engine, will now be even more environmentally friendly. The diesel particulate filter was designed by DCL specifically for RigMaster to lower diesel particulate matter by 90 percent.
Submission for certification was presented to the California Air Resources Board last month and product will be available in time to meet 2008 requirements.
