Richer Systems Group, Calgary, Alberta, has added new capabilities to the Enrich Transportation Management System (TMS) including dispatch, freight billing, driver settlement and warehouse management
through an OEM licensing arrangement with SCORE Corp. of Canton, Mich.
Enrich TMS is a modular software package that can be deployed to every part of the business: freight and truck operations, asset management and maintenance, fuel management, compliance, accounting and financial reporting, payroll and HR and customer service.
It can support multi-mode service offerings within a single management system, such as truckload, LTL, dedicated, specialty, brokerage, airfreight, warehousing, leasing and contract maintenance, rentals and retail maintenance.
"The ability of Enrich to support multiple service offerings within a single dispatch and billing module has helped drive our growth fivefold over the last four years," said Mike Montgomery, director of operation for Arpin Logistics. "We have been able to keep staffing levels low because the system does so much for us."
Enrich TMS is highly configurable and can be integrated with a wide range of technologies: in-cab communications, EDI, customer web portals, PDA and other hand held devices, and reporting and data analysis tools. TMS is targeted at companies who offer a broad range of transportation services to customers and require the additional efficiencies that a single, integrated and enterprise wide management system can bring.
