Integrated Systems Research Corp., Englewood Cliffs, N.J., has appointed Thomas Rasulo vice president of sales.

Rasulo will build a direct sales force for the company's flagship ISR FleetTrack AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) system. ISR’s FleetTrack is used in a range of markets, including LTL, private fleets and waste management.
FleetTrack offers dispatching and mapping software and a selection of hardware for communications and messaging.
The company’s onboard computer and communications module provides automatic switching between inexpensive local CDPD (Cellular Digital Packet Data) networks and more widespread analog cellular, which substantially extends the communication range of local delivery fleets.
Thomas Rasulo has worked for Teletrac Inc., Nextel Communications, Fujitsu Business Communications, VMX Systems and Harris Lanier Corp.
