Prophesy Dispatch PT streamlines and integrates the user's dispatch and accounting departments, and is also capable of supporting freight brokering operations. While dispatchers are quoting rates, booking loads and tracking driver check calls, accounting personnel can print invoices, pay bills and drivers, and create detailed financial reports that put users in control of their finances.
The software interfaces with existing Peachtree systems and setups allowing users to customize their accounts without affecting existing data in their Peachtree system. Dispatch PT is also interactive as it uses Dynamic Data Exchange. Once the basic files have been imported into Peachtree, the interface sends receivables, payables and payroll transactions to Peachtree with a simple mouse click.
