Pro Stop Truck Service, service provider for its corporate fleet partners Dart Transit and Fleetline, will now provide new Goodyear commercial truck tires and retreads at its various locations.
Pro Stop will offer Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.’s Goodyear, Kelly and Steelmark brands as its primary new tires, along with its Next-Tred retread tires.
The arrangement between the two companies grew from Pro Stop's desire to do all of its tire business with one supplier, according to its director of maintenance, Bill Wachtler.
While providing service for Dart Transit and Fleetline, Pro Stop also offers full truck service to other unaffiliated fleets and owner-operators. The company operates truck service centers in St. Paul, Minn.; Dallas and Houston, Texas; Sellersburg, Ind., and West Memphis, Ark.
