Pilot Flying J is launching Frequent Fueler Advantage on Jan. 3, calling the new loyalty program nation's largest for professional drivers and RV customers.
Frequent Fueler Advantage will allow professional drivers to instantly accrue and redeem loyalty points in all participating Pilot and Flying J travel centers, travel plazas and restaurants across the U.S. and Canada.
Pilot Travel Centers and Flying J merged in July, and the new loyalty program combines the best of both previous programs. Added benefits of the new program include extended shower expirations for loyal customers, shower credits for expeditors and in-store rewards for club members.
With the new program, drivers who purchase 500 gallons or more in a month will receive a free shower with an increased seven-day time limit. This reward will be extended to 10 days for cardholders who purchase 1,000 gallons of fuel or more in a calendar month.
Frequent Fueler Advantage will extend shower credits for the first time to delivery expeditors purchasing either gas or diesel at participating Pilot and Flying J locations.
Newly Registered Frequent Fueler Advantage customers will receive a onetime 200 point bonus reward for their initial registration. Drivers who hold the company's current cards -- including Frequent Fueler (Flying J) and Driver Payback (Pilot) cards should register them under the new program. Customers can also pick up a new card at any Pilot or Flying J and register to receive enhanced loyalty benefits at participating locations.
"By registering for the Frequent Fueler Advantage, not only will professional drivers have access to enhanced benefits quickly, but they will also be able to learn about special in-store promotions and incentives electronically," said Pilot Flying J President and CEO Jimmy Haslam.
Pilot Flying J will continue to honor the points accumulated on current Frequent Fueler, RV Real Value Card and Driver Payback cards.
Drivers may register their cards at www.FrequentFuelerAdvantage.com or at the cashier desk and kiosks in Pilot and Flying J travel locations. Professional drivers can learn more by visiting More info: www.FrequentFuelerAdvantage.com.
