Pilot Flying J acquired a travel plaza in Northfield, Minn., located at 8051 Bagley Ave. off Interstate 35 at Exit 69. It will remain open during remodeling, which is expected to be complete in May.
The 13,756-square-foot travel plaza will feature three gasoline islands and seven diesel lanes along with DEF at the pump as well as high-speed fuel pumps.
The Northfield location will include a Subway restaurant; hot food deli; clean restrooms; pay phones; fax and copy services; Western Union and check cashing; an ATM; lottery and Lotto tickets; FedEx and UPS drop boxes; laundry services; and general merchandise.
In addition to diesel fuel and DEF at the pump, professional drivers will have access to such services as a Cat scale, Transflo document scanning, six automated showers and 72 truck parking spaces.
