Peterbilt is offering new online training programs to help keep its dealer network up-to-date on the latest product and service information.

Dealers access the new training programs through a secure website that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, allowing dealer personnel to take the courses whenever it is convenient for them, at work or at home. The training modules feature slide shows with streaming audio and a system that tracks users' progress and completion of courses.
Salespeople can review the latest truck features to optimize selection and spec'ing of their customers' vehicles, and service technicians can get diagnostic information to help maximize truck performance and life.
Initial training programs include an overview of the new lightweight Peterbilt FLEX Air tandem air suspension; features and benefits of the Peterbilt medium duty product line; Peterbilt TruckCare Services; Peterbilt's new Prospector truck spec'ing software; and servicing truck electrical systems.
