Three new locations have been added to the Peterbilt dealership network with the opening of Peterbilt of Wyoming, Peterbilt Motors Co. has announced.
Peterbilt of Wyoming includes full-service locations in Casper and Cheyenne, and a parts and service location in Rock Springs. The dealerships are owned and operated by brothers Fred and Bill DeVore, representing the third generation of dealer principals in the family-owned business. The brothers succeed their father, Stanley F. DeVore Jr., who has been president of the company since 1969, taking the role from his father, Stanley F. DeVore, who began the business in 1949.
"Peterbilt of Wyoming -- backed by the experience, longevity and reputation of the DeVore family -- is a significant addition to the Peterbilt dealer network," said Nick Panza, Peterbilt general manager and Paccar vice president. "We are pleased to serve our customers through the DeVore group's outstanding facilities and expert personnel."
Panza said Peterbilt of Wyoming will provide vehicles and aftermarket support to a wide range of markets, including oil and gas, mining, construction, heavy haul and general freight.
