Pete Allen Joins Cadec Global as CEO

Cadec Global announced that transportation industry veteran Pete Allen has joined the company as CEO. Allen was previously Senior Vice President Global Sales at telematics company Inthinc.
He has also served in senior executive roles at GreenRoad Technologies (formerly Drive Diagnostics) and Xata Corp. Earlier in his career, Allen was a sales manager with Cadec.
As Cadec's CEO, Allen is responsible for all areas of operations, and for furthering the progress Cadec has made both in terms of enterprise-class product development and customer satisfaction over the past year, since Cadec was acquired by investment firm BlackBern Partners.
Jon Bernstein, previously CEO and Chairman of Cadec, becomes executive chairman and will remain active in managing the company.
