Penske Truck Leasing is celebrated the grand opening of a new18,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility in Sacramento, Calif., located at 53 Morrison Ave.
Currently employing 25 associates,
the facility offers commercial and consumer truck rental services, full-service truck leasing and contract maintenance. About 60 leasing customers are handled at this 10-acre location and nearly 750 vehicles are maintained on-site.
The one-story building incorporates Penske Truck Leasing's new facility design elements and features state-of-the-art technology to enhance the customer experience. A new wireless technology component allows Penske service technicians to integrate various vehicle diagnostic and repair software.
The facility cost approximately $9 million to construct, and has four service bays, a truck washing bay and a three-lane fuel island with high-speed fuel pumps for fast, efficient service.
The service department, available at (916) 371-4250, is open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and on Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The rental department, which can be reached at (916) 372-6000, is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
