Pegasus TransTech has signed an agreement with Mackin Imaging to include outsourced indexing within its portfolio of information management and business process improvement solutions.
Pegasus TransTech’s CEO and President Bob Helms said the agreement allows Pegasus TransTech to offer Mackin’s Outsourced Indexing Services, with rapid turnaround on all documents. It also allows Mackin to exclusively offer the industry leading TRANSFLO Express solution for truckstop and terminal scanning. The solution will allow fleets to scan delivery documents at truckstops nationwide and have those documents indexed prior to delivery to the fleet, reducing both the time and cost involved. The outsourced indexing solution is available now through Pegasus TransTech. Founded in 1998, Pegasus TransTech provides in-house and out-sourced imaging systems that streamline billing, collections, payroll, A/P, driver qualifications and other paper-intensive processes for the trucking industry. The company’s TRANSFLO Express document-scanning service is available at truckstops nationwide and provides immediate access to billing and payroll documents.
