Fleet One has chosen PayMaxx to provide payroll and human resources products to Fleet One's customers.
Fleet One will provide PayMaxx's payroll products to its fleet and merchant customers, which employ up to 10,000 employees. The primary two products Fleet One will offer are PowerPayroll and PayLoad. PowerPayroll, PayMaxx's Internet-based payroll service, is best suited for customers with 1-100 employees. Companies with more than 100 employees will use PayLoad Suite, PayMaxx's PC-based payroll system.
Fleet One will offer PayMaxx's products to its over the road and local fleets, as well as to its convenience store and truckstop merchants. Fleet One's Over The Road drivers will be able to have all or part of their payroll deposited directly onto a card specifically for secure access to their funds at a truckstop or ATM.
PowerPayroll enables companies anywhere in the United States to submit their payroll via the Internet to PayMaxx's central production site, where payroll checks and reports are processed for next-day delivery and/or on-line viewing or printing on-site. With PowerPayroll, customers also have the options of nationwide tax filing, benefit accruals, general ledger links, electronic new hire reporting, employee self-service and direct deposit.
PayLoad Suite is PayMaxx's PC-based payroll system featuring an easy-to-use Windows or network-ready environment. PayLoad Suite interfaces with a variety of third party products including human resources and general ledger systems and electronic time clocks.
In addition to payroll processing, Fleet One's customers will have the opportunity to subscribe to a variety of employer services from PayMaxx. PayMaxx's suite of employer services includes XpressTime, PayMaxx's proprietary Web-based time and attendance solution; Section 125; background checking; and more.
