Vancouver-based PartsSystems has launched PartsSystems.com, a web site where owner-operators can purchase name-brand truck parts online at discounts comparable to fleet pricing.
PartsSystems.com offers 40 truck part categories ranging from clamps and adhesives to LED lights and inverter/chargers.
The site offers more than 1,000 items from 12 manufacturers. Drivers can check out the products, including suggested retail pricing, without having to register, and new customers are automatically entered in a monthly $100 purchase credit contest.
PartsSystems also provides links to OEM manufacturers for product research, state departments of transportation, online truck magazines, trip map agencies, permit agencies and weather sites.
