PacLease Announces Franchise of the Year Awards

Paccar Leasing Company has honored Edmonton Kenworth PacLease and Peterbilt PacLease of Las Vegas with its North American Franchise of the Year Awards.
The awards recognize the top Peterbilt and Kenworth PacLease locations for success in sales and for employees' efforts to deliver products and services that meet and exceed customer needs.
"2009 was a challenging year for everyone and we were able to make it successful through the diligent efforts of our employees," said Jim Callaway, general manager of Edmonton Kenworth PacLease.
"We managed to keep costs under control and maintain a very satisfied customer base," said Scott Pearson, president of Peterbilt PacLease of Las Vegas.
"It's clear that these locations and their employees deserve this recognition for their dedication to serving the needs of our customers," said Bob Southern, PacLease president. "Award criteria was based on the PacLease Standards of Excellence program. The standards evaluate PacLease locations in key functional business areas based on quality performance."
PacLease also presented several regional awards to franchises throughout the U.S. and Canada. Those included MHC PacLease, Tulsa, Okla.; PacLease of Baltimore; Peterbilt PacLease of Las Vegas; Great West Truck Lease and Rentals, Calgary, Alberta; Edmonton Kenworth PacLease, Alberta; Southland PacLease of Lafayette, Baton Rouge, La.; Rush Truck Leasing, San Antonio, Texas; and Pape Kenworth PacLease, Fresno, Calif.
