Whether administering 10 vehicles or 100, the challenge for any fleet manager is how to best keep track of each and every record relative to all the cars, trucks and SUVs in service for the organization.

Ownersite is a comprehensive, web-based tool that keeps track of each vehicle in the fleet, regardless of make or model, maximizing vehicle lifespan and resale value.
With Ownersite, fleet managers can log every expense into a secure, online database, from simple gas purchases to warranty work to major repair expenditures.
Fleet managers to can even turn basic recordkeeping over to drivers, because Ownersite's mobile interface allows the entering of data directly from a Blackberry or Treo.
Ownersite sends automatic reminders to the fleet manager when it's time to schedule regular maintenance, and notices about potential recalls that may affect a vehicle's safety or performance. And when it comes time to sell that vehicle, the fleet manager can just log on to Ownersite and print out a 'window sticker' listing all the dates and details of vehicle service, giving a potential buyer the entire service history to review.
For more information, contact Georgia-based Ownersite Technologies LLC at www.ownersite.com.
