Order ArvinMeritor Literature Online
ArvinMeritor's Commercial Vehicle Systems business is providing a new online product literature ordering process for its motor carrier and dealer customers, making it the first major drivetrain component supplier to offer this convenience
ArvinMeritor's Commercial Vehicle Systems business is providing a new online product literature ordering process for its motor carrier and dealer customers, making it the first major drivetrain component supplier to offer this convenience.
The new method uses a simple process where users may electronically order DriveTrain Plus product profiles, brochures, informational Issues and Trends, and service and maintenance manuals via the company's Web site. The content is updated as new materials are revised and created.
"Building the on-line literature ordering process is another important key to satisfying our customers," said Joseph Mejaly, director, Customer Support Services. "The simple and secure process is a great advantage for individuals who wish to order and receive ArvinMeritor information quickly and efficiently."
Ordering is simple: Go to www.arvinmeritor.com, go to the Truck and Trailer Products section and click on the Tech Library, which contains product brochures, maintenance and service publications and specifications and vocational warranty information. Then, click on the Order Literature Online section. In-stock items should be received within one week. Customers may also print an order form and fax or mail their requests to ArvinMeritor.
While most of the information is free, customers will be invoiced a nominal charge for the maintenance manuals.
