The National Truck Equipment Assn. (NTEA) Farmington Hills, Mich., won three Diamond Awards from the Michigan Society of Association Executives.
The categories were Print Newsletter, Web Site and Public Relations. The association also received an honorable mention in the Meetings & Expositions category for its marketing and promotion of The Work Truck Show 2004 and 40th Annual NTEA Convention.
The NTEA’s newsletter, NTEA News, was named best association newsletter in its class based on achievement of objectives; brevity and timeliness of content; effectiveness of writing, format and graphic design and variety.
NTEA.com was judged on its effectiveness in targeting members and the public; achievement of objectives; quality; creativity; usability and navigation; and content organization.
The Work Truck Show 2004 and 40th Annual NTEA Convention public relations campaign was honored for its innovation in achieving increased awareness among the general public and the media. Judging criteria included creativity and effectiveness of program design; achievement of objectives; clarity of communication messages; use of multiple media channels; use of graphic elements; and originality.
In the Meetings & Expositions category, The Work Truck Show 2004 and 40th Annual NTEA Convention received an Honorable Mention based on the marketing and promotion campaign’s achievement of objectives, effectiveness of marketing strategies, attendance and revenue goals, and overall success of the event.
