The National Truck Equipment Assn. announced a free workshop for members on Wednesday, April 20, at the Hilton St. Louis Airport, St. Louis, Mo.
The workshop is titled “Selling Economic Value in a Price-Focused World.”
The workshop will deal with common problems manufacturers and distributors encounter when working together for their joint profit goals. The workshop will identify problems and offer real-world solutions.
Sessions will explain how the industry has changed and what forces drive the change; how the changes affect the needs of customers; and what opportunities exist to improve customer satisfaction, working relationships, and the profitability of manufacturers and distributors.
The meeting, open to NTEA members, runs from 8 a.m. -4:30 p.m. and is free of charge. However, members must pre-register because seats are limited.
