NTEA Debuts New Web Resource
The National Truck Equipment Assn., Farmington Hills, Mich., has introduced its newly revamped web site at www.ntea.com

“In addition to a fresh, easy-to-read layout designed to deliver a more user-friendly experience, the redesign was geared to make information more accessible to members,” said NTEA Executive Director Jim Carney.
“A wealth of information already available through the NTEA’s library of publications will be made available online, giving members full access to powerful tools that may aid in the success of their business.”
New content includes:
* Notes From the Field highlights challenges and successes achieved by NTEA member companies.
* Chassis Corner features news of chassis manufacturer members.
* Truck Equipment Outlook provides economic forecasts and analyses of the industry from NTEA’s market data and research director.
* Capitol Hill reports on legislative issues as well as the NTEA’s efforts in Washington.
* Channel Insider delivers news of NTEA’s ongoing distributor-manufacturer relations initiative.
* Profit Report advises on implementing profit improvement plans.
The redesigned site features specific visitor areas for distributors and manufacturers as well as a fleet management and truck dealer area.
The web site re-launch was spearheaded by NTEA information technology director David Lee with help from web site manager Jason Macemore and e-business manager Michael Kumm.
