NAVLCD17.
The new LCD displays include the 15-inch NAVLCD15, 17-inch NAVLCD17 and the 20-inch NAVLCD20. These monitors have been specifically designed and engineered for the needs and applications required by security applications.
The NAVLCD15 is ideal for use when space is at a premium or in environments with variable lighting. It has a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, 250 cd/m2 (Candela Per Meter Squared, a standard unit of luminance). brightness level and a 400:1 contrast ratio. Contrast ratio expresses brightness levels between the brightest white and the darkest black.
According to one web source, “a good contrast ratio of 120:1 easily displays vivid colors, while ratios as high as 300:1 support superior gray scaling.” The NAVLCD15 is lightweight, compact and includes built-in speakers and power, as well as distortion-free viewing from almost any angle. An adjustable stand allows the LCD to be positioned for extended viewing times.
NAVLCD17 is suited for use as the primary display in security control centers with a higher resolution of 1280 x 1024 and a superior contrast ratio of 450:1. The NAVLCD17 measures 15.2” x 15.7” x 7.5” (w x h x d) and weighs only 13.7 pounds.
The NAVLCD20 is designed for larger audiences or applications requiring close scrutiny, The NAVLCD20 offers a contrast ratio of 500:1; its 800 x 600 resolution and 500 cd/m2 brightness provide detailed images in even light-drenched environments such as a windowed office or conference room.
All three monitors comply with the highest industry standards and come equipped with a versatile jack pack for multiple inputs, multi-lingual menus and standard VESA mounting interfaces to connect with a computer.
