The National Labor Relations Board has issued a decision against Overnite Transportation for unfair labor practices.

Overnite has been ordered to begin bargaining with the Teamsters at an additional seven terminals, the union reports.
"For years, Overnite has denied to the press and the public that it has committed massive unfair labor practice violations," says James P. Hoffa, president of the Teamsters. "This NLRB decision shatters Overnite's credibility."
The decision comes on the heels of last week's unfair labor practices strike at 11 terminals.
A bargaining order requires the company to recognize and bargain with the Teamsters as the sole representatives of the workers at the site covered by the order. The seven terminals are Bensalem, PA; Dayton, OH; Nitro, WV; Nashville, TN; Richfield, OH; Parkersburg, WV; and Rockford, IL.
