NEXIQ Introduces All-in-one Service Bay Diagnostic Suite
NEXIQ Technologies will debut PC Integrated Diagnostics, an all-in-one service bay diagnostic suite, at the Technology & Maintenance Council 2002 Meeting

NEXIQ Technologies will debut PC Integrated Diagnostics, an all-in-one service bay diagnostic suite, at the Technology & Maintenance Council 2002 Meeting,
March 5-7 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The PC Integrated Diagnostics suite integrates software products from leading heavy-duty component manufacturers onto a single platform, enabling technicians to easily move from one component to another without restarting or reconfiguring the system. This advance dramatically streamlines the process of vehicle diagnostics and increases technician productivity, according to the company. In addition, it enables technicians to complete more diagnostic checks within their own service bay, eliminating the costs associated with outsourcing diagnostics.
In addition to the technician-level benefits, PC Integrated Diagnostics allow managers of large fleets to increase overall efficiencies by storing available historical data about each vehicle or fleet. This captured information can be used to monitor fleet behavior and performance.
NEXIQ Technologies offers a full range of support and value-added services with the PC Integrated Diagnostics suite. Specifically, NEXIQ Technologies' team of diagnostic experts will ensure compatibility between component OEM diagnostic software; complete a comprehensive review of diagnostic software updates to determine which updates are most relevant to each fleet's requirements; conduct complete training sessions for fleet managers and technicians; recommend and supply any PC hardware, upgrades or required repairs; provide next-day tool replacement and provide required technical support.
The PC Integrated Diagnostics suite is compatible with NEXIQ Technologies' Magi-Key and LiteLink, as well as third party suppliers.
