CapLease LLC, a division of Peterbilt of Mississippi, recently joined the PacLease System with a location in Pearl, Miss.
The new franchise will serve the greater Jackson, Miss. market.
"Jackson is an established market for full-service leasing, but until now, companies that rent and lease trucks did not have a specialist in Peterbilt vehicles," said Andy Wold, president of Bellevue, Wash.-based Paccar Leasing, the franchisor of PacLease heavy- and medium-duty truck rental and leasing companies.
Greg Laird, lease sales manager for CapLease PacLease echoes Wold’s sentiments. "We have a strong economy here, particularly in the service industries, such as food and beverage distribution. With a strengthening economy and premium Peterbilt products, we expect the demand for PacLease services to grow."
The franchise, which shares facilities with Peterbilt of Mississippi, features eight drive-through service bays dedicated to the full-service leasing business. CapLease also offers short- and long-term rentals and comprehensive contract maintenance services.
