Tech Equipment, a Volvo and Mack dealer in Portland, Ore., is moving into a new and larger facility.

The new 118,000 square-foot dealership, expected to be completed by early May, is situated on 12 acres of land on Northeast Columbia Blvd. off I-5.
The facility will have 28 service bays, a 3,300-square-foot paint and body shop, complete with frame rack, a 24,000-square-foot parts department and a rental and leasing operation. The driver’s lounge features a large screen television, workstations with data ports and free laundry and showers.
When it opens, Tech Equipment will have some 300 new and used trucks for sale at its new dealership.
