The Mexico facility of Motor Wheel Commercial Vehicle Systems Inc., a Precision Partners company, has been honored as the 2009 Major Casting Plant of the Year by the Mexican Foundry Men Society.
This society is the Mexico chapter of the American Foundry Society.
"Motor Wheel is pleased to receive this recognition from the Mexican Foundry Men Society," said Ed Meador, president and CEO of Motor Wheel CVS.
Motor Wheel Commercial Vehicle Systems, headquartered in Livonia, Mich., is a global supplier of commercial highway axle-end components. The group offers a full line of braking system hubs, drums, and rotors, including the Motor Wheel, CentriFuse, CentriFuse Lite, CentruCast.
