MHC Kenworth recently expanded services to its customers in Dallas and Waco by relocating MHC Kenworth – South Dallas and MHC Kenworth – Waco into two brand new facilities.
As members of Kenworth’s dealer network of nearly 300 locations in the United States and Canada, MHC Kenworth’s new South Dallas and Waco locations offer state-of-the-art, full-service facilities. Both locations feature a spacious retail parts display area and a fully enclosed indoor showroom where customers can comfortably view Kenworth trucks.
Large translucent service bay doors provide technicians with a well-lit working environment, making it easier for them to offer customers high-quality service work and quicker turnaround. Both facilities also provide customers with a comfortable driver’s lounge, motel shuttle service, laundry services, Internet access and other amenities.
The South Dallas facility is located at 34661 Lyndon B. Johnson Highway near U.S. Interstate 20 on the southeast side of the Dallas metropolitan area. The new building is 45,000 square feet, offering five times the space of the previous parts-only facility. It offers an overhead lift, alignment machine, 21 service bays, and dedicated space for Kenworth PremierCare ExpressLube Service. Operating hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The 35,000 square-foot Waco facility is located at 3331 Greig Drive in Robinson, Texas, near U.S. Interstate 35. It has an alignment machine and 18 service bays, including Kenworth PremierCare ExpressLube Service. Operating hours are 7 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
