Menlo Worldwide, a subsidiary of Con-way Inc. and a global provider of logistics, transportation management and supply chain services, has been named the 2006 Supplier of the Year by Maquet Inc.,
a leading provider of medical technology and equipment for emergency rooms, operating rooms and intensive care units. The company's U.S. business unit specializes in sales and service of critical care ventilators and cardiopulmonary perfusion systems and disposables for heart surgery.
"We have forged a great relationship with Maquet both in the United States and in Europe, and it's gratifying to be recognized for the value of our work together," said Robert L. Bianco Jr., president, Menlo Worldwide. "It's an honor to be the first logistics provider in Maquet's history to receive this significant award."
