McLeod Launches New Financing Division
McLeod Software has launched a new internal financing division, McLeod Financial Solutions, to help customers access bank rate fundin

. With the new division, the company hopes to address the tightening credit and financing options and help customers get access to short- and long-term funding to improve their businesses.
"As traditional lending sources have left the market, we've found our customers have fewer financial alternatives available to fund critical system purchases that can help drive business growth," said Rick Halbrooks, vice president of sales and marketing for McLeod Software. "McLeod Software designs products and solutions to improve our customers' profitability. The right financing options help our customers get a much greater return on investment."
The new department will offer customers a variety of financing options, including 100 percent financing plans, 0 percent interest programs and fixed rate long-term financing up to 72 months via a direct relationship with banks. According to McLeod, customers are looking for a turnkey software program, which includes software, hardware, training and implementation in one monthly fee.
"We know our customers and the products they purchase, as well as how to service the systems," said Halbrooks. "This allows us to match a client's credit position with the best financial packages available. With McLeod Financial Solutions, obtaining funding to acquire our products will be one less challenge our customers have to face in the marketplace today."
