Arsenault Associates has announced that Dennis K. Burke Inc., Chelsea, Mass., has implemented Dossier maintenance management software for its private delivery fleet.
Dossier is the flagship software product of Arsenault Associates, which provides intuitive maintenance management solutions. Dennis K. Burke provides oil products for commercial customers in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
According to Ted Burke, vice president, the company selected Dossier to replace an outdated maintenance system after considering several alternatives.
“Dossier was highly recommended by two fleet managers I respect and trust,” said Burke. His company fleet delivers a full line of oil, gasoline and lubricating products, including bio-diesel and, beginning in June, ULSD (ultra low sulfur diesel) to meet new EPA standards. Products are available in bulk or in smaller quantities from drums to quarts.
Dennis K. Burke fleet data was entered, and personnel training was completed in March. The company is running the Platinum version of Dossier in a networked environment to help manage and maintain its fleet of 40 vehicles, including straight trucks and tractor trailer combinations.
Arsenault’s Dossier software is rich in features that a manager might not even know he or she needs until they’ve actually used them. Dossier is a flexible, scaleable solution set and is available in a number of different versions to suit a fleet’s requirements. Dossier is also available as 24/7 Fleet Online ASP, a version accessible over the web anytime, anywhere there’s an Internet connection. Even with its short learning curve, Dossier is backed by extensive after-sale customer support.
