The Trucking 4 Kids Convoy, sponsored by the Maine Professional Drivers Association and the Lions Club of South Portland, will be held Sunday Oct. 2, at Scarborough Downs in Scarborough, Maine.
A pancake breakfast begins at 7 a.m., and lunch includes hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill.
A Drivers Skills Competition starts at 8 a.m. and the convoy begins at 12. Many trophies will be awarded including the driver raising the most money.
The event benefits Camp Sunshine and the local Officer Dare program.
