Love’s Travel Stops opened a new location in Muscle Shoals, Ala., at the intersection of State Highway 157 and U.S. Highway 72.
The new truckstop has 76 parking spaces and seven showers as well as a Love’s Truck Tire Care center and an assortment of restaurants and shops. The store also supports RFID cardless fueling technology and has CAT scales.

“Many drivers frequent the northwest Alabama area and we want to serve our customers who have been asking us for more safe places to rest and easy access to driver services,” said Greg Love, co-CEO of Love’s.
It is the first Love’s truckstop in the northwest part of the state and the third Alabama location opened this year.
Muscle Shoals is a small city with a population of about 13,500 residents. It is mostly known for 2 recording studios that produced music for several popular acts in the 1960’s including The Rolling Stones, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Aretha Franklin.
