Loading Automation Inc. of Wilmington, N.C., has acquired Advanced Handling Systems Inc., a materials handling and systems integration firm based in Morgantown, Pa., from Morgan Corp.
As part of the sale, Loading Automation assumes all assets, inventory, trademarks, patents and responsibility for aftermarket parts and warranty. As part of the transaction, AHS products will still be available through Morgan Corp. with Morgan becoming a national distributor for Loading Automation Inc. systems.
