CONEXPO Asia 2006 will feature hands-on equipment demonstrations and an extensive educational program to help attendees enhance their industry knowledge and improve job productivity.
Industry best practices and the latest techniques will be presented by experts from the United States, China and around the world.
The goal is to provide Chinese and Asia-Pacific construction industry professionals with a unique, quality learning experience, explains Show Manager Petra Kaiser of show producer, the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM).
CONEXPO Asia 2006 will be held May 15-18, 2006 at the China National Agricultural Exhibition Center in Beijing, China.
More than 30 educational sessions will be conducted at CONEXPO Asia 2006, each offered in Chinese and English. Topics include new techniques in recycling of concrete, asphalt and other construction materials; distribution and rental issues; workforce management; road building technologies and opportunities; compaction applications; quality joints and density basics; construction software and machine automation; and construction project management, planning and scheduling.
Equipment demonstrations will follow several of the seminars to extend the classroom learning. Equipment in action will include skid steers, backhoe loaders, trenchers and trenchless machines. Attendees will be able to operate the machines to experience their capabilities and learn how the machines can be used most efficiently on the job site.
CONEXPO Asia 2006 also offers the Chinese and Asia-Pacific marketplace exhibits of the latest innovations in construction-related equipment, products and services. Exhibitors include leading North American, Chinese and European companies. A management committee of exhibitors oversees operation of the show to ensure it meets attendee and exhibitor needs.
An updated exhibitor list is online at www.conexpoasia.com.
