Lanair Holdings LLC has acquired Clean Burn Inc, a niche manufacturer of waste oil heaters and related equipment based in Lancaster, Pa.
Lanair Holdings will continue to sell the Lanair brand of heaters factory direct to end users, while maintaining Clean Burn's large distribution network.

The business will be operated as Clean Burn, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lanair Holdings LLC. Lanair Holdings LLC is a holding company that also owns Lanair Products, LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
