Maddocks Systems Inc., Langley, B.C., Canada, announced that Kool Pak LLC., of Portland, Oregon, has selected Maddocks TruckMate for Window

as the software solution for its refrigerated LTL operation.
Kool Pak operates a fleet of more than 70 company-owned vehicles providing less-than-truckload service throughout the U.S. and Canada. Kool Pak provides daily scheduled service to major customers throughout Oregon, Washington and California, and weekly service to the remainder of the U.S. and Canada. Through agreements with Americold, for the U.S., and Versa Cold, for Canada, Kool Pak also offers refrigerated warehousing services, providing storage, crossdocking and distribution.
Truckmate for Windows is an enterprise-wide client server product designed to meet the needs of truckload, LTL, brokerage/logistics, bulk, intermodal and private carriers. Maddocks claims more than 400 installed systems in North America.
Kool Pak expects to use several TruckMate features, including visual LTL crossdocking, EDI integration and the web-enabled online interface.
