Kenworth announce a new design for its web pages covering Kenworth PremierCare Parts and Services.

"Over the years, our website had grown as we posted information our customers like to see,” said David Danforth, Kenworth national parts sales manager for the U.S. and Canada. “It was time to review it and make sure that the pages flowed in a logical fashion. We expect that users will find it easier to navigate through and will like the new features we've added."
Select the Parts & Service button on the www.kenworth.com homepage, to view the new Parts homepage featuring links to the following sections: Toolbox, Products, Catalogs, Distribution Network, Specials, and Parts News.
The Toolbox offers information on Kenworth PremierCare applications used by many fleets, along with access to the SmartSearch and Service Unit Locator applications.
The SmartSearch application helps users search for parts in three different ways -- by supplier, by product, or by part number.
The Cross-Reference index is particularly popular because it allows truckers and fleet managers to enter part numbers, no matter the truck make, and find the equivalent part offered by a Kenworth PremierCare dealer.
The Service Unit Locator lists cabs, sleepers and hoods so that people needing a replacement of one of these components can easily locate it.
The Product section also provides quick and easy access to 40 major product categories.
The Catalogs section features another way to reach the SmartSearch application. It also showcases the Kenworth Truck Accessories Catalog. This newly updated resource - which adds new parts frequently -- lists more exterior and interior parts and other accessories than listed in the catalog's print version. Other catalogs will be added to this website section in the future.
The Distribution Network has been redesigned for easy use by customers in North America and beyond who are looking for local dealership contacts.
Within the Specials section, customers can find monthly Internet coupons and information about this year's Kenworth Advantages Savings Book. There are also details on how to register for Kenworth PremierCare Parts & Service's informative e-mails and the eFlyer, an on-line flyer featuring parts and service promotions offered by their preferred dealers.
In the Service section, readers can learn about Kenworth's Preventive Maintenance program and its on-line Maintenance Manager application, which is used to track service and operating costs on fleet trucks. Users of the Maintenance Manager system can access this system with their password within these pages on the public site, making it convenient wherever they happen to be.
Registration details for the popular Roadside Assistance program are here, as are descriptions of the Kenworth PremierCare ExpressLube and Express Air Conditioning Services offered at participating dealers across the United States and Canada.
To view the new web pages, please go to www.kenworth.com and select the Parts and Service pages.
