Inland Kenworth-Albuquerque was named Kenworth Customer Support Dealer of the Year for the U.S. and Canada at the recent Kenworth Customer Support meeting in Kansas City, Mo.

"Customer support and customer service are synonymous here, so we're very proud to be recognized for our efforts," said Danny Ortega, dealer manager for Inland Kenworth-Albuquerque.
Inland Kenworth-Albuquerque concentrates on local business customers while also serving transient traffic. "In a small market like ours, every customer is important to us. We never forget that," Ortega said. "We're always asking, 'What's the right thing to do for this customer?' Our company philosophy is, 'What's right for the customer is right for the company.'"
Ortega noted that Kenworth Truck Co. especially helps the dealership through the Kenworth PremierCare and Dealer Excellence Programs.
"The Kenworth PremierCare Program and Customer Center help us to provide a high level of service to customers," Ortega said. "The Kenworth Dealer Excellence Program keeps us constantly striving to further improve our facility and service, resulting in an even better business environment for customers."
Also announced at the meeting were Kenworth's Regional Customer Support Dealers of the Year.
These winners by region were: Canada-Inland Kenworth, Kamloops, B.C.; Central-Sahling Kenworth, York, Neb.; Northeast: Tri-State Kenworth, Enfield, Conn.; and Southeast-Kenworth of Tennessee, Nashville, Tenn.
Inland Kenworth-Albuquerque was also the Western regional winner.
"Inland Kenworth-Albuquerque, along with our regional winners, are outstanding examples of the World's Best customer support provided on a daily basis throughout the Kenworth dealer network," said Bob Christensen, Kenworth general manager and Paccar vice president. "These dealerships excel because their employees take the extra step and time to help serve their
customers."
