Kenworth is extending its $1,000 rebate program with the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association through 2012.
Originally introduced 10 years ago, the program offers a $1,000 rebate to OOIDA members on qualifying purchases of new Kenworth sleeper trucks. Under the program, OOIDA members have purchased more than 7,300 Kenworth trucks during that period.
Eligible Kenworth trucks include the Kenworth T660, T800 and W900 with 72-inch AeroCab® or 86-inch Studio AeroCab sleeper, and the T700 with 75-inch Aerodyne sleeper. Buyers must show their OOIDA membership card to their Kenworth dealer at time of purchase in 2012.
More than 350 OOIDA members took advantage of the program in 2011.
