Kenworth of Alabama recently relocated its Mobile, Ala., area dealership to a new facility that is twice as large as its former location and provides enhanced service, easier accessibility and a wider selection of new Kenworth trucks.

The Irvington, Ala., location is on a 10-acre site including two buildings with a total of 45,000 square feet of space, larger parking lot and easier freeway access.

Kenworth of Mobile has 27 service bays with six dedicated to preventive and express maintenance services, including Kenworth PremierCare ExpressLube. The dealership has a driver's lounge with wireless Internet access, washer and dryer facilities, work space, two sleeping rooms with comfortable beds, and vending machines. The parts department has 6,000 square feet of storage and 1,200 square feet of display area, allowing the dealership to offer more parts on hand for its customers.

Kenworth of Mobile is located at 8620 I-10 Service Road off the recently completed I-10/ McDonald Road/Mobile County Route 39 interchange in Irvington, Ala. Kenworth of Mobile will hold a grand opening celebration and open house later this spring.
