Kenworth of Dayton in Dayton, OH, recently captured top dealer honors at the Kenworth Customer Support Meeting in Montreal.
Kenworth of Dayton was named Kenworth Customer Support Dealer of the Year for its outstanding efforts, topping more than 260 Kenworth dealers in the United States and Canada.
Other winners by region included: Canada - Inland Kenworth, Nanaimo, B.C.; Central - Wichita Kenworth, Wichita, KS.; Southeast - Kenworth of Dothan, Dothan, AL.; and Western - Trebar Kenworth, Boise, ID.
The annual Kenworth Customer Support Meeting is a three-day conference devoted entirely to strengthening customer service and support after the sale. More than 600 Kenworth parts, service and body shop managers, and top dealership management attended the annual event.
Participants took six seminar sessions on customer-related topics; gained useful information at a comprehensive trade fair featuring over 100 truck parts suppliers; and heard presentations by Ed Caudill, Kenworth general manager and PACCAR vice president; and Bob Christensen, general manager of PACCAR Parts.
