Kenworth and Allison Transmission are extending the Allison Construction Program available through participating Kenworth dealers in the U.S. and Canada.

The promotional program offers special discounts for Allison's HD4060, HD4560 and HD4070 automatic transmissions on qualifying new Kenworth construction truck orders received by May 7, 2003, for build by June 30, 2003. That extends the program from the previous deadlines of Nov. 30, 2002, for new truck orders and Dec. 31, 2002 for build.
The promotion applies to the Kenworth T800 112-inch and 120-inch BBC, C500 and selected W900 models. Chassis with sleepers can also be eligible for the Allison construction promotional credits. The promotion is not applicable to national leasing companies. The discount is limited to 10 units per customer.
The promotion is available for Kenworth chassis intended for many vocational applications, including logger, concrete/ready mix, dump, snowplow, mining haulers, mining service, heavy equipment transport, refuse hauler, crane/cherry picker, construction, and agriculture.
