Shoemaker was most recently service director for all 15 JXE dealership locations. Other previous positions with the company include service technician, service advisor and service manager.

"Dan has consistently exceeded expectations in every role he has had with our company, steadily advancing and gaining greater responsibilities," says Randy Buening, vice president of operations. "He continually exhibits innovative approaches to complex challenges and brings an analytical method to problem solving and process improvement."
Buening says Shoemaker helped advance the way the company approaches service management through the implementation and deployment of Karmak's Real-time Performance Monitor software. The program helps service departments schedule and track the status of repairs while measuring the time and other resources needed to complete each job.
JX Peterbilt - Green Bay is a full-service Peterbilt dealership located at 201 Lawrence Drive in DePere, Wis., near Highway 41 and Highway G (exit 163).
