Jacobs Vehicle Systems appointed Thomas Howell as director of new technology.

Howell brings a wide range of technical and commercial experience and will play a key role in developing new technologies to serve the global market, according to the company announcement.
Prior to joining Jacobs, Howell spent 15 years at Ricardo, where he was most recently chief engineer, engines. In this position, he was responsible for business development, technical leadership and commercial delivery for projects ranging from clean sheet engine design to waste heat recovery demonstrator.
Howell received his mechanical engineering degree from the Imperial College, University of London.
