J. J. Keller & Associates has just introduced its Client Information Center, a web-based tool that provides a link between fleet operators and J. J. Keller's Vehicle Outsource Services area by giving users access to real-time fleet data.
J. J. Keller's Vehicle Services clients rely on J. J. Keller's compliance knowledge and client service to handle the complex work required to help keep client's fleets legal and on the road. In addition, clients now have full visibility to their data within the new Client Information Center.
This site provides J. J. Keller's Outsource Services clients with a single online location to view their vehicle data, location addresses, contacts and the status of their fleet as it pertains to J. J. Keller's Title and Registration, Title Management, Licensing And Permitting and Fuel Tax Reporting Services.
Users can view, sort or download data for their entire fleet of owned or leased vehicles.
They can view data by unit, fleet, region, district, branch or corporate. They can search for information on a vehicle by unit number, VIN number or plate number.
The center provides users with the capability to generate reports and download data to Microsoft Excel, PDF and other formats. Reports include: assets list with detailed information; fuel purchases and bulk fuel by month; units with no activity; fuel and mileage summary (monthly or quarterly); individual unit analysis (for taxes, monthly or quarterly); miles per gallon; International Registration Plan (IRP) miles (for submitting IRP plate renewals and annualized miles of travel per vehicle, location or entire fleet); and IRP units out of compliance.
Users will receive alerts and reports regarding their compliance on an ongoing basis; they can delete and change unit data, transfer units from one location to another, run standard and semi-customized reports or submit fleet requests directly to their dedicated client service specialist.
In addition, clients can view the equipment data for units that J. J. Keller performs work on, as well have J. J. Keller track and hold data on equipment that J. J. Keller does not do work on, so that all of their assets can be visible and tracked in one location.
Call (800) 558-5011 ext. 8218 or visit www.jjkeller.com/vehicleservice.
