GEOCOMtms, Québec, Canada, announced completion of its third round of financing.

GEOCOMtms develops and markets software to optimize local pick-up and delivery operations. Its customers include Purolator, NAPA (Genuine Parts Company), Velocity Express and Carroll Independent Fuel among others.
The new financing follows the sale in May of communications and tracking elements of the A.MAZE suit to EMS Technologies Inc. of Ottawa, Ont. EMS will market those products under a new trade name yet to be determined. With this new round of funding, GEOCOMtms will concentrate on its dynamic routing and other products.
The $3-million round was supported by existing shareholders including VIMAC Ventures LLC, Desjardins Venture Capital, Innovatech Quebec, National Bank Financial, and Mr. Bernard Tetu, the founder of GEOCOMtms.
